Challenge
Agencies were juggling spreadsheets, manual sends and three different tools to run customer conversations for their clients. Nothing scaled, and nothing reported back.
What we built
A single platform: contact lists, message templates, scheduled campaigns and automated replies, with per-client workspaces and a live delivery dashboard. The queueing system absorbs spikes without dropping messages, and every send is tracked to delivery.
Result
700+ businesses now run their messaging on the platform, moving 100,000+ messages a month. Agencies replaced three tools with one, and can finally show their clients what was delivered, read and answered.
