Win Mechi: routing cost cut to zero
A field-service routing tool that plans technicians’ daily rounds, replacing paid routing services with an in-house algorithm.

Challenge
The team paid a monthly fee for route planning: every technician’s stops re-ordered by a third-party API, per request. As stop counts grew, so did the bill, for a problem that is fundamentally geometric.
What we built
An in-house routing engine: import the day’s stops, optimise the order against traffic and time windows, and push the route to each technician’s phone. The whole flow runs on infrastructure the client already owns.
Result
Routing cost dropped to $0 per month: the algorithm runs on their own servers. Planning 20+ stops takes seconds, and the bill that used to scale with usage now scales with nothing.
